While many of our Luxury Homes offer ample space for a small group gathering, The Lodge at Whitefish Lake provides a variety of additional event venues and professional convention services for meetings or special events from three to three hundred.

The Luxury Homes by The Lodge provide a comfortable Great Room / Living Area for intimate get-togethers or gatherings. However, if you're looking to "get out of the house" the Executive Board Room, Lakeview Regatta Room, Stateroom, and Boat Club Private Dining Room are ideal for small meetings.

The Conference/Grand Ballroom, with more than 6,000 square feet of flexible space, accommodates larger groups. Divisible by three, it provides options for your meetings and meals. For receptions and pre-dinner cocktails, select from the inside pre-function area or enjoy the Montana air on the Great Northern Terrace. Wireless high-speed internet access is available in all meeting rooms.

The Lakeside Pavilion & Lawn offers a stunning outdoor venue for meals, receptions and wedding events.

When the meeting is over for the day, attendees can choose from a wide range of activities close at hand. Our Concierge will assist with planning group activities or making suggestions for free afternoons and evenings.

The Lodge provides on-site group activity opportunities from boat tours to robe-wrapped gatherings in the spa.

Conference Center

The Conference Center/Grand Ballroom offers more than 6,000 square feet of flexible space to accommodate larger groups. Divisible by into three for the Ramsey, Stumptown, and Viking Rooms, it provides a variety of options for your meetings. For receptions and pre-dinner cocktails, select from the inside pre-function area or enjoy the Montana air on the Great Northern Terrace. Wireless high-speed internet access is available in all meeting rooms

Executive Board Room

The 396 square foot Executive Board Room provides seating for 12 guests, a TV, white board, and wet bar. This space can be equipped with a conference phone, and custom catering is available.

Lakeside Pavilion

The 2,100 square foot Lakeside Pavilion provides stunning views in an al fresco setting for cocktail receptions or dinner events for up to 120 guests. Larger parties can be accommodated with the rental of additional tenting. Windowed walls provide protection from the elements to extend the season of this venue for spring and fall events.

Regatta Room

The Regatta Room offers lake views and plenty of natural light in a cozy setting with fireplace. This room can be set to your specifications and is a client favorite for cocktail receptions, dining events, and casual meetings.

With 1,261 square feet, this room accommodates 50 guests with round table seating or up to 90 for a reception.

State Room

This beutiful space inspires a new definition for "breakout session." Can also be set with a conference square for more traditional meetings.

The State Room offers 665 square feet of lakefront space adjacent to the Spa.

Private Dining Room

Seating for up ot 12 guests in 273 square feet adjacent the Boat Club Dining Room and offering views of Whitefish Lake.

Guests may order from the Boat Club menu or pre-arrange custom catering.
